GIRAVENTO® produces its extra virgin olive oil first by harvesting the olive as soon as they ripe, manually; than, soon after, by transforming the fruits into olive paste with a grindstone; last, extracting the product by means of centrifugation (modern method) at law temperature.
According to the Italian government that regulates the use of protected designation of origin (DOP) labels for olive oils in accordance with EU law, in Sannio Beneventano, a temporary designation was given and GIRAVENTO® is one of those producers that had such designation.
Chutneys made with our fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices to match with cheese, fish, meat either boiled or roasted. The tastes: apple and pear, apple and kumquat, apple and onion, apple and lemon, apple, apricot and pumpkin.
